Online Purchase Returns (30 Days)
FRESH understands that sometimes materials look different in a photograph verses the real item. This is why we work hard to find the best products possible. We value our customers and expect them to be satisfied with the merchandise we sell and the service we provide. If at any time within the first 15 days you are not satisfied, you may send your purchase back for an exchange or refund. We offer a refund in the original form of payment. After 30 days all online sales are final. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached. All shoes must be in their original box. All sale, jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, hair, tights & socks, open or used cosmetics and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. We regret that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges. Please email FRESH@freshboutique4girls.com for a return code.

Store Purchase Returns (15 Days)
Unworn merchandise with tags maybe returned for an exchange or store credit issued for any item(s) purchased within 15 days, with receipt. After 15 days all sales are final. NO returns and exchanges will be accepted. All shoes must be in their original box. All jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, hair, tights, socks, open & used cosmetics and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. All Sale items are final sale. Items purchased in store must be returned back to the store.
Holiday Purchase Returns:
For the holiday season gifts must be exchanged or returned for store credit by December 31, 2018, after which all sales are final. Items must have the original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 48 hours of shipment. If an item is unavailable you will be notified within 24 hours.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping methods and pricing.
All orders are shipped in tissue paper with a turquoise overwrap. This makes for a very nice presentation.
